Residential Building Hibi: permit granted for 123 new apartments!

We are delighted to announce that the building permit for our sustainable and collective residential building HIBI has been granted! Construction will begin soon.

HIBI will be located in the heart of a new urban district ‘Amstelkwartier’ and will feature a diverse mix: 122 apartments, a lush courtyard garden on top of a supermarket, retail shops, offices, and a parking garage. Five detailed models present the urban design concept behind HIBI: distinctive urban residential blocks with an industrial, no-nonsense look and an elegant architectural character. The various residential blocks have been designed with great care and have a different approach to the street, sunlight, and the interior. With sharp facade lines and carefully designed stone facades, Hibi fits perfectly into its Amsterdam context.
