Reitse Campus Tilburg

Keizer Koopmans and Bureau B+B are working on the urban plan for the Reitse Campus in Kenniskwartier, Tilburg!

The Reitse Campus will be a highly urban area with a mix of residential, work, sports, and educational functions. With over 2,000 new homes, the plan contributes to the ambitions of the municipality and the national government to accelerate housing development. The area will focus on young professionals and form a central link in a new corridor connecting Tilburg train station with the green university campus. With a strong zoning of peaceful streets and lively public space, integration of various (stacked) sports functions, and striking architecture around the new heart of the neighborhood, the masterplan will have a layered quality that fits in with modern urban development. The Reitse Campus is part of the Kenniskwartier, an area in Tilburg West that has been designated as one of the 16 large-scale housing development locations in the Netherlands (‘Novex’).
